Documenting my journey through the mental health system

I’ve been working on my acknowledgment and dedication for my book. I am dedicating it to Ceila, Shelly, Mike, Dr Black and all the other psych patients of the world.

The acknowledgement is for those who made it possible. Also, my closest friends, who stuck around after I fucked up so much and became unbearable.

I am still reeling from last night. I really didn’t need to see the psych ED. I have disturbing thoughts and flashbacks. Bad dreams. Even suicidal ideation. But I’m so grateful to my manager for coming to get me. I don’t know if I would have made it through the night,

I am at a blank loss.

Tomorrow I’m taking the night off. I’m going to a show. I’m seeing the comedian Gianmarco Soresi. Ceila is coming with me, and we got front row tickets. He is known for his crowd work. I am going to dress up to attract his attention. LOL
